Cllr. Phemelo Eunice Lobelo
Cllr. Phemelo Eunice Lobelo was born on 27th November 1968 and grew up in Khunwana. She matriculated from Bethel High School and proceeded to enrol for secretarial studies at Prestige Business College. She is currently studying CPMD with Wits University
Barney as she is commonly known joined African National Congress (ANC) in 2002 and has held numerous position within the organisation as well as being involved within the community activities including;
- Currently Speaker of Tswaing Local Municipality
- Public Representative Councillor for ANC
